The LDA Board approved the conceptual DPR of a high-tech township submitted by a private developer M/s Garv Buildtech Private Limited. The firm has proposed to develop the township on a 2,700-acre on Lucknow-Rae Bareli Road. Now,the developer will have to acquire land for the project, said LDA Vice-Chairman Mritunjay Kumar Narain.
