BEST rolls out 10 more double-decker AC buses in suburbs

All remaining AC double-decker buses are expected to be delivered by March 2024. These buses will operate from the 12 depots managed by BEST, further improving public transport service in Mumbai.

Of the 1,000 standard-floor buses being added to the cluster fleet, 600 are to be delivered by Ashok Leyland, and the rest by Tata Motors. So far, Leyland has delivered 50 buses, of which 25 have hit the roads.
