Police registered FIRs over two incidents of scuffle over parking vehicles in Mumbai in which two persons were injured.
The first instance took place at a Wadala building on Tuesday morning when one Arman Shaikh confronted the family of Anaradevi Rajbhar (46) over parking their bike near his shop located adjacent to the building.
As per the complainant, on Wednesday morning, Arman came to their house and asked them to remove their bike parked there.
Rajbhar’s sons Vishal and Vivek got into an argument with Arman who was joined by his friend Vivek Singh.
Soon Arman’s relatives including his father Irshad came to the spot and a fight broke out between the two sides, police said.
At one point, Irshad, allegedly slashed a chopper in the direction of Vishal who ducked, but it ended up injuring his mother Anaradevi, an officer said.
She was taken to the local hospital following which she approached the local Wadala police.
Based on her statement the police have registered an FIR against Arman, his friend Vivek SIngh, his father Irshad, his uncle and other relatives involved in the incident. An officer said that they have issued notices to the accused persons.
The second incident took place on Wednesday at a building located at Sriram Nagar in Vikhroli.
In this case, the complainant Anil Gavde (55) alleged that the accused Ramesh Mahendra, a building resident, around 10.30 am, abused Gavde for not parking his vehicle properly.
According to Gavde, Mahendra allegedly assaulted him due to which he ended up fracturing his finger.
An FIR was registered against Mahendra the Parksite police in Vikhroli on charges of intentional insult to provoke disruption of public peace.
