Lokmanya Ek Yugpurush is a Marathi film based on the life of freedom fighter Lokmanya Tilak. It features actor Subodh Bhave in the title role. Directed by Om Raut, the film set to release in early 2015, showcases the journey of a young boy who later becomes a freedom fighter. Raut, who makes his directorial debut after a career as a writer and director for MTV Networks, New York, feels that the film  should inspire the young generation to head towards their dreams and embrace Lokmanya’s ways whose vision and leadership is considered to be the foundation of India’s freedom struggle. Produced by Neena Raut, Lokmanya… has been written by Om Raut and Kaustubh Savarkar with music by Ajit- Sameer.
