Bond Girl

This is something that took me by surprise when it was first offered to me, but then I thought it will be a different experience. Truly enough, it became one of the most enjoyable experiences I’ve ever had. I also had time as I had recently finished my seasons so I thought why not do something for fun!

Q2. What is the campaign all about and what’s your opinion about it?

James Bond is one of the most popular iconic figures. I haven’t seen a campaign around the Bond movies earlier. To design, develop a campaign and ask guys to pick up Bond’s qualities is something that I found very interesting.

Q3. How big a fan are you of Bond?

I have always been a big fan. Who isn’t!? Bond’s class and qualities makes him the ultimate choice.

Q4. Do you love the Bond movies and Ian Fleming novels?

I have grown up watching James Bond films. Die Another Day and Casino Royale are my all time favourites. As far as the novels are concerned, I’m not an avid reader so I haven’t read any.

Q5. What makes these two movies your favourite?

There are 23 Bond films and I find all of them very interesting. But there are certain films that intrigue you more than the others and these two are among those.

Q6. Is it also because of the actors?

Oh yeah! I love Pierce Brosnan and Daniel Craig. They are extremely good looking, especially Pierce Brosnan (laughs)!

Q7. The campaign is all about you giving lessons to guys to woo girls the Bond way. What according to you is Bond’s best quality?

I think being classy and understated are two of the most important things about being Bond. Being subtle and still doing your work with extra finesse is one of the best qualities that Bond possesses. Any man with these abilities is my choice.

Q8. So, does your husband (Shoaib Malik) possess any of the Bond qualities?

Like Bond, he is also very understated. He is a man of few words, is extremely classy in his own way, and has his own charm. I also really like his individuality.

Q9. And if we talk about the actresses who have played Bond girls, is there anyone that you consider your favourite?

Halle Berry. She is amazingly beautiful and that makes it an obvious choice.

Q10. Any scenes or dialogues that you remember from any of the Bond movies, which is also your favourite?

It’s from Casino Royale when Bond (Daniel Craig) is being tortured by Le Chiffre who is whipping him with a rope. Despite being in pain, Bond jokingly tells Chiffre that he has an itch.
