Katrina Kaif to play herself in Zoya Akhtar’s Bombay Talkies

In the movie,Katrina will play muse to a young boy who is fascinated by her.

Actress Katrina Kaif will be playing herself in Zoya Akhtar’s segment of Bombay Talkies,which is a compilation of four short films marking the centenary year of Indian cinema.

Katrina and Zoya have previously worked in Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara (2011).

In the movie,Katrina will play muse to a young boy who is fascinated by her. The story further progresses when eventually in the end,the boy finally gets to meet Katrina in person.

Bombay Talkies comprises four different retro short films with filmmakers Karan Johar,Dibakar Banerjee,Anurag Kashyap and Zoya Akhtar helming each of them.

Bombay Talkies will be released on May 3,marking 100 years of Indian Cinema that began with Raja Harishchandra,the first full-length feature film,unveiled to audience on May 3,1913.
