Online forms open for 2017 Maharashtra Board HSC exams
The board has announced that forms will be open to regular students, repeaters, private candidates or those applying for class improvement scheme.
The Maharashtra Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education announced Friday that online forms for the February-March 2017 Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC, Std XII) examination will be accepted from October 1. Students or schools filling in applications of students will have to visit http://www.mahahsscboard.maharashtra.gov.in to fill the forms online. For the first time, the state government has made it mandatory for students to fill in their Aadhaar cards number to appear for the exam.
The board has announced that forms will be open to regular students, repeaters, private candidates or those applying for class improvement scheme. Last date to fill up the form will be October 24, but late fees will apply from October 17. Those filling the forms by October 17 are requested to make the payments of regular exam fees by October 24 through challan at Bank of India while those filling forms later have to deposit late fees by October 29.

Students are advised to get the forms filled through schools or junior colleges. Principals have been instructed to submit a complete list of students appearing for the exams and a copy of bank challan payment to the local board office by November 4.
