The Lok Sabha elections in 2024 are nearing their conclusion, having been conducted in seven phases, with the initial phase taking place on April 19 and the final phase set to take place on June 1, 2024.

The voter turnout for the last six phases of the Lok Sabha elections, as released by the Election Commission of India, stands at – 66.14 per cent for Phase 1, 66.71 per cent for Phase 2, 65.68 per cent for Phase 3, 69.16 per cent for Phase 4, 62.20 per cent for Phase 5 and 63.37 per cent for Phase 6.
In the ongoing final and seventh phase, voting is being conducted in 57 constituencies across seven states and the union territory of Chandigarh. The overall voter turnout across the six completed phases was 65.63%, a 1.55 percentage point decrease from the 2019 elections.
