Parsa (Bihar) Assembly Election Results 2025 Winner: Karishma of RJD won the Parsa assembly seat, defeating Bipin Kr Singh (NCP), Chhote Lal Rai (JD(U)), Javahir Singh (Insaniyat Party), Madan Mohan Srivastava (Proutist Bloc, India), Md Samim Ansari (BSP), Mosaheb Mahto (IND), Muneshwar Prasad Gupta (IND), Pawan Tiwari (AAP), Ramaishwar Prasad Ray (IND), Shriniwas Sah (IND), Shyam Babu Ray (Bhartiya Lok Chetna Party).

In the last Assembly elections, the RJD’s Chhote Lal Ray won by a margin of 17293 votes. The JD(U)’s Chandrika Roy was the runner up securing 51023 votes.
Bihar witnessed a voter turnout of 57.3% this year, slightly higher than in 2020. The regional alliances — the RJD-led Mahagathbandhan and the NDA comprising JD(U) and BJP and others — battled for dominance in the state.
