Tzuyang’s appetite has earned her a massive following across platforms. (Photo: @tzuyang70/ Instagram)She weighs just 50 kg and stands 1.61 metre tall, but South Korea’s Tzuyang—nicknamed the “Big Stomach Queen”—eats like a small army. Known for her massive food intake and mukbang videos, the 28-year-old social media star reportedly consumes around 30,000 calories a day, about 15 times more than an average adult woman.
What sets her apart, doctors say, is that she can handle it. Medical reports recently shared by Tzuyang reveal that her stomach is 40% larger than average—even exceeding that of many adult men.
According to SCMP, Tzuyang’s recent health check-up results surprised even her followers. While fans have long admired her graceful eating style, many quietly worried about the long-term impact of her extreme mukbang challenges.
But her medical reports showed no red flags.
Doctors confirmed she has stable blood sugar levels, a healthy digestive system, and a polyp-free colon. Her kidneys are functioning well, and her body appears to regulate its response to food efficiently. One physician even described her as a “food vacuum cleaner” who gets hungry quickly due to her unusually large stomach capacity.
Reactions to her health update have been a mix of awe and relief. One social media fan commented: “That really reassures me… I love watching her eat, but I’ve always been concerned about her health.”
Another said: “Most people can’t eat like Tzuyang without risking their health. The ‘Big Stomach Queen’ truly does seem heaven-blessed.”
Tzuyang’s appetite has earned her a massive following—over 12 million fans across platforms, reported SCMP. Some of her most jaw-dropping feats include:
Despite these numbers, she maintains her slim frame and says she rarely exercises, but has three to four bowel movements daily.
The SCMP reported that Tzuyang doesn’t just eat—she celebrates food culture around the world.
She has even opened her own restaurant in Korea.
