Trump calls daylight saving time ‘very costly to Nation,’ demands it end

US President-elect Donald Trump on Friday criticised daylight saving time, describing it as “inconvenient and very costly to our Nation.”

He further stated that the Republican Party will make strong efforts to end the practice.
