The New Delhi World Book Fair began on Saturday, February 1, with the theme ‘Republic@75’ this year, commemorating India’s advent as a democratic republic with the adoption of the Constitution in 1950.

The celebration will focus on India’s republican framework, with the motto “Hum Bharat ke log” emphasising the people’s joint aspirations.

The New Delhi World Book Fair 2025 commenced on Saturday, February 1, and will continue until Sunday, February 9.

It will be open to the public every day between these dates from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, at the Bharat Mandapam, specifically in the newly constructed Halls 2-6 (Ground Floor) at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, India.

New Delhi World Book Fair 2025: Nearest metro station

Visitors to the New Delhi World Book Fair can enter the arena via Gate 10, with additional entrance points at Gates 4 and 6. while individuals with disabilities can access Gates 4 and 8 by wheelchair.

The Supreme Court metro station on the Blue Line is the nearest, providing easy access for participants travelling from various regions of Delhi.

New Delhi World Book Fair 2025: How to buy tickets

Tickets may be purchased online (INR 20/- for adults and INR 10/- for kids) at the official website of the National Book Trust or specific metro stations, with reservations in advance encouraged to prevent long lines.

Choose your desired visit date, choose the quantity of tickets, make your payment, and complete the purchase. Once completed, you may download your ticket, which will include a QR code for access.
