Video: You think life is hard and some OTHERS are privileged? Watch this race of Privilege before you complain again

There are many things, which we as individuals take for granted. It isn’t something we aren’t aware of but because these little or big things don’t affect us in any way, we tend to ignore them or pay very little attention to them. A video, which was posted on social media, focuses on how these privileges make all the difference.

In the 4:12 minute-long clip, a group of adults is all set to start a race, however, before the race begins, the referee informs the participants that he would be stating a couple of statements and if they apply to the individual, then that person should take two steps forward or else remain where s/he is. Each statement is based on a certain kind of facility provided to a person in terms of money, family, support, background, education and more. As the criteria end, people move ahead and soon a segregation takes places.

It is then that the referee informs those ahead of the head start they have received in their lives and how it has no relation with their decisions or anything they have done. It is just the reality of how some have more and yet don’t value it.
