What is Aurora?
The Aurora or Aurora Borealis is an incredible illumination in Earth’s atmosphere. It is caused by collisions between electrically charged particles that are released from the sun and that interact with Earth’s atmospheric gases such as Oxygen and Nitrogen. The lights are usually seen around the magnetic poles of the northern and southern hemisphere.
