Pakistani actor Fawad Khan has a huge following in India after his dramas like ‘Humsafar’ and ‘Zindagi Gulzar Hai’ gained a cult following in the country. Of late, a video of Fawad Khan listening to the title song from Humsafar called ‘Who Humsafar Tha’ went viral.
It was sung by Zeeshan Ali and he had shared a video of the intimate gathering on his Instagram. Now, another video from the same gathering is going viral. Ali is seen performing the classic song ‘Lag Ja Gale’ that was originally sung by Lata Mangeshkar and was a part of the 1964 film Woh Koun Thi. In the video, Fawad, dressed in a white kurta pyjama, is seen listening intently to Ali’s rendition of the yesteryear song.

“Did I saw Fawad khan,” a user commented. “I wanna be a fly in this room and just hover around Fawad,” said another. “Pls recreate this song in your voice, request from India,” another user posted. “And your voice is magical,” another netizen appreciated.
Fawad Khan made his Bollywood debut in 2014 with the film Khoobsurat opposite Sonam Kapoor. He was also seen in the film Kapoor & Sons alongside Sidharth Malhotra and Alia Bhatt and had a guest appearance in Karan Johar’s Ae Dil Hai Mushkil which starred Ranbir Kapoor and Anushka Sharma.
However, his Bollywood career came to an abrupt halt after the 2016 Uri terror attack. Relations between India and Pakistan deteriorated and the Indian Motion Picture Producers Association and the Film Producers Guild of India banned Pakistani artists from working in India.
