Between the guests and endless decisions about flowers and outfits, weddings can be hectic and chaotic. A Bengaluru man’s wedding preparations almost turned chaotic when he forgot to pack the outfit for his haldi ceremony.
Ramnath Shenoy, the groom, shared his amusing experience on X. Posting a picture of himself in the kurta, Shenoy wrote: “36 hours to my wedding, and @SwiggyInstamart deserves a seat at the mandap! Haldi morning chaos = forgot my yellow kurta. Family wrath loading… until Instamart saved the day with a Manyavar kurta in 8 minutes (here’s me rocking it 10 minutes later).”
The drama, however, didn’t end there. During the ceremony, Shenoy was drenched in turmeric paste and water, leaving him without a backup pair of undergarments. Once again, Instamart swooped in to save the day, delivering fresh essentials within 10 minutes.
“Then came the Haldi waterworks—soaked to the core, no backup undergarments. Instamart delivered a fresh pair in 10 minutes. At this rate, I might just add them to the invite list. Fingers crossed for no more surprises! (Photo of me looking like a lifesaver magnet),” he wrote.
