Viral video shows people setting off fireworks from moving cars on London streets during Diwali: ‘Import third world people, become third world country’

The video was shared on X by Harman Singh Kapoor, an Indian resident in London, who criticised the behaviour, writing: “This behaviour by Punjabi Jatts on London streets is unacceptable. They should be held liable for ASB, endangering lives by displaying fireworks from moving cars. Their car registration and faces are fully visible. The post quickly went viral, garnering over a million views and users calling for police action. A user wrote, “Welcome to London where it’s a criminal offence to wave a flag but these people can shoot fireworks out of cars lmao.”

Another person wrote, “Shooting fireworks from moving cars sounds less like celebration and more like an audition for chaos. London’s traffic is dramatic enough without turning it into a live-action movie set. Maybe next time they can light up the sky without risking their driver’s license.”

Other reactions were harsher. A third user said, “Just arrest them and deport them, Punjab is the frontrunner of making everyone hate us, and ruin decades of goodwill.” A fourth individual commented, “Third world stuff right there. They need arresting. Inciteful if nothing else.”
