Ahead of the US Presidential elections in November, social media is abuzz with posts on Trump and current Vice President Kamala Harris. Among many videos, a video showing Trump dancing at a public event on Friday has taken the internet by storm.

Trump, 78, was attending the Moms for Liberty event in Washington DC.

In the viral video, Trump and Tiffany Justice, Moms for Liberty’s co-founder, were seen grooving briefly to peppy music. Towards the end of the video, Trump hugs Justice and plants a peck on her cheek. Bo Loudon, a close friend of Barron Trump, shared the video from his X handle @BoLoudon, saying, “TRUMP JUST ENDED HIS MOMS FOR LIBERTY EVENT WITH HIS IMPRESSIVE DANCE MOVES! MOMS LOVE DONALD TRUMP! Kamala definitely doesn’t want you to share this!”

Shared on August 31, the video garnered a million views as several social media users flocked to the comment section. Reacting to it, a user wrote, “Are you a parody or do you have total lack of awareness?” Another user commented, “He’s the worst version of the creepy, unstable uncle in the family.”

“Clown dance,” a third user wrote.

Moms for Liberty is a national nonprofit that has advocated removing LGBTQ+ identity and structural racism from K12 education. Trump’s participation in a “fireside chat” aims to energise his base of over 130,000 conservative parents who support his education policies, AP reported.

Harris, in her first interview since becoming the Democratic presidential nominee, said that her focus would be on strengthening the economy. “First and foremost, one of my highest priorities is to do what we can to support and strengthen the middle class. Prices, in particular for groceries, are still too high. The American people know it. I know it,” Harris told CNN’s Dana Bash.
