The post originally appeared on 9gag.com and was shared by @itsthemans shared on Twitter. It has been shared over 17,000 times and unnerved countless people who’ve viewed it.

Spooky isn’t it? Most who’ve viewed this picture have termed it supernatural. Then there are those that tried to keep a cool head and rationalise the picture.

Congress releases second list for Bihar elections, fields 5 candidates

Congress released its second list of candidates for the Bihar Assembly elections, but the Mahagathbandhan is still working on a seat-sharing arrangement for the first phase of polling. The Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) will contest six seats on its own. The elections will be held in two phases on November 6 and 11, with results on November 14.
