Nothing opens first exclusive service center in Bengaluru, says it is about building trust

“As a young brand, building trust and credibility is very important,” Manu Sharma, Vice President and General Manager of Nothing India, is clear why the London-based consumer tech brand has opened its first exclusive service center in Bengaluru, India.

In an exclusive conversation with indianexpress.com, Sharma added: “The launch of an exclusive service center is all about our commitment to consumers in India and our dedication to providing them with an elevated experience.”

Sharma confirmed that Nothing will soon announce exclusive service centers in Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, and Chennai, with plans to extend the number of exclusive service centers to 20 by 2024 and 35 by 2025. In addition to after-sale services, consumers can experience the latest Nothing products on the premises and purchase official accessories.

The Nothing service center, located in Indira Nagar, is the company’s first exclusive service center in the world. “While waiting for service, users can enjoy coffee and play arcade games like Pac-Man,” Manu added.

Currently, Nothing has over 300 service centers across the country, and with the introduction of this exclusive service center, the company will offer priority services and aims to repair products within two hours. If not, Nothing will provide a standby device. The company currently serves 19,000 PIN codes in the country and even offers pick-up and drop service.

Every second Saturday and Sunday of the month, Nothing will host service camps where consumers can avail discounts on labour and component charges. The company will also use this service center for product replacements within seven days of purchase.

The Bengaluru service center also has dedicated rooms for conducting technical workshops. With this the company aims to provide a unique experience compared to any other brand and plans to offer an elevated experience to consumers.
