THE INDIAN Institute of Management (IIM) Mumbai has announced the launch of its first undergraduate (UG) programme–a four-year Bachelor Programme in Digital Science and Business Management. Offered from the institute’s Pune campus, it will be the first course to roll out from there once the campus becomes operational.

Realising the growing digital economy, the new UG course aims to develop holistic professionals who can lead in digitally-enabled business environments. As per information shared by the institute, the curriculum blends emerging technologies—such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Internet of Things (IoT), and Robotics—with core management domains including Operations, Marketing, Finance and Manufacturing. Designed in full alignment with the National Education Policy (NEP), the programme offers flexibility through multiple entry and exit options, making it both inclusive and future-oriented.
