If you want to get an iPhone without spending a lot of money, then the iPhone SE 3 is the device to get. Apple launched the iPhone SE 3 back in 2022, which is currently the most compact and affordable 5G-capable smartphone from Apple. If you are waiting for its successor, then you might have to wait for a few more years.

Prominent Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo has tweeted that the iPhone SE 4 is currently not a part of Apple’s product strategy, at least until 2024/25. Hence, the iPhone SE 4, if it ever launches, will come to the market after 2025. This could also mean that Apple would even end the iPhone SE lineup and might promote older models for those who want an affordable iPhone.

The iPhone SE 4 was said to introduce several improvements over the current iPhone SE 3. It was said to be based on the iPhone XR with a modern 6.1-inch display with a notch, and the device was also said to offer Face ID instead of Touch ID.

With this delay, it is also unclear what chip the iPhone SE 4 might feature. Given that the company has always used the latest chips, the iPhone SE 4 could come with the latest A-series chip at the time of launch, and its performance will be similar to the standard iPhone that might launch at that time frame.
