After the swearing-in ceremony, an agitated RJD chief Laloo Prasad Yadav, was seen rushing to the Governor8217;s podium and scolding the man who had not received the quot;warrant of appointmentquot; but had taken oath.
Ashok kumar, elected on an RJD ticket from Simri-Bakhtiyarpur, marched along with other ministers-designate to the podium where where Governor V C Pande, administered the oath of office and secrecy to them.
All the while his nameshake, RJD MLA from Sasaram watched the proceedings helplessly with the 8216;warrant of appointment8217; tucked in his hands.
