Windsor ranked number one

New Delhi, Mar 26: The Windsor, an Oberoi hotel in Melbourne, Australia ranked number one among hotels in Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific region, in the world8217;s best values awards8217;. The Windsor, originally opened in 1883, is a heritage building which was restored to its former splendour by Oberoi Hotels International in 1980. The awards were announced by Travel and Leisure magazine, an American Express publication.
