FOR all the Congress tough talk on Mulayam Singh breaking bread with Kalyan Singh,its list of 24 candidates for Uttar Pradesh thoughtfully left out Etah the constituency set aside by the Samajwadi Party for Kalyan. The Congress did not even entertain the advances of sitting Samajwadi MP Devendra Singh Yadav for the seat. But Mayawati was quick to rope in Yadav and give him the ticket.
