The rift between Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and his erstwhile confidant,party state president Rajiv Ranjan Singh Lallan,has perplexed many. While several reasons are doing the round,the grapevine has it that a one-line comment from Kumar proved to be the tipping point. When rebel leader Upendra Kushwaha was welcomed into the party despite having cast aspersions on the personal rapport between Lallan and Kumar,the former sought to remind the Bihar CM about the folly he was making by inducting someone who had been so personal in his attacks until now. To this,Kumar was said to have remarked: There is nothing personal in politics.
