Not answerable to Team Anna: SP hits back

Being a political party,he said,the SP was answerable to the people and not to an organisation formed by five people who themselves did not boast of impeccable character. Yadav said,If you are interested in political preaching or questions,then you can,no doubt,venture into politics.

He said the SP was in agreement with the issue of corruption raised by Hazare,but his team had deviated from its path. This is the reason that people who stood with Team Anna during its Jantar Mantar and Ramlila Maidan protests turned their backs on the team during the protest in Mumbai, he said. Yadav reminded Hazare that its Parliament that would form the law on Lokpal,as the people of the country have given Parliament that power.

Accusing Hazare and his team of stubbornness,Yadav said they should stop insisting on inclusion of their each word or sentence in the Lokpal Bill.

He said Team Anna was questioning the SP about any future tie-ups with the Congress or BJP on the basis of rumours and conjectures,and rumours also had it that Team Anna members were corrupt,involved in embezzlement,and even used PILs to grab farmhouses. Not only this,it is also said that the RSS and BJP are behind the movement, said the reply. Yadav criticised Hazare for releasing his letter to the media even before sending it to SP chief Mulayam Singh Yadav.
