Learning from Lalu

Former railway minister Lalu Prasad Yadav is helping his party MPs with their speeches in Parliament nowadays. Last week,he was seen tutoring RJD colleague Umashankar Singh about different issues related to the Railway Ministry. Itna time kahan milega? You wont get so much time Lalu was heard mumbling to Singh,reminding him about the RJDs limited time when the first-time MP sought his opinion regarding his prepared speech for the debate. Subsequently,he called Singh to explain specific points to be raised during the debate.
