Lalu caught napping

CONGRESS veteran Motilal Vora may be a regular on the Rajya Sabha attendance register,but hardly ever speaks and is often caught dozing in the front rows,much to the embarrassment of the government. However,Lalus interim Railway Budget spurred him enough to make a few comments. But Lalu was caught napping as Vora started to speak. The Congress leader then sought to draw the ministers attention,mentioning that Laluji was sleeping even as he spoke on matters of concern. An awake Lalu then retorted that he was just trying to step into Voras shoes.
