In Osamas name

Am I allowed to take the Osama bin Laden name, asked Shiv Senas Manohar Joshi in Rajya Sabha,after he was restrained by the chair from criticising those who were not House members.

Joshi was criticising Rahul Gandhi and Digvijaya Singh for their remarks after the Mumbai blasts. With treasury benches objectng,the Chairperson asked him not to name individuals who cannot defend themselves in the House. After some protests,Joshi continued. Osama bin Laden8230;,he began and left his sentence hanging,as the House erupted in laughter. Hope I am allowed to take Osama bin Ladens name in this House, he said.
