‘I dance to keep fit’

I start my day with corn flakes and apple. Lunch is dal and roti. I have five servings of fruits and veggies.

Tell us about your daily diet
I start my day with corn flakes and apple. Lunch is dal and roti. I have five servings of fruits and veggies. Dinner is chicken and roti with dal. I end my day with green tea to detoxify.

What’s your exercise routine?
I go to the gym three to four times a week for cardio and light weights. I also love dancing and take Shamiak Davar’s classes to keep fit.

What’s your favourite cuisine?
Thai.
Is there anything you binge on?
Cakes and muffins.

What would you do if you had to put on or lose weight in a hurry?
To lose,I would go off carbs. To put on,I would binge on cakes.

How many times have you failed to stick to a diet?
Never.
What is your idea of health?
Peace of mind.
