Eclerx Services board OKs 1-for-2 bonus issue

IT services firm Eclerx Services Ltd said on Monday its board has approved issuing one bonus share for every two held in the company.

IT services firm Eclerx Services Ltd said on Monday its board has approved issuing one bonus share for every two held in the company.

Ahead of the announcement,shares ended down 0.34 percent at 554 rupees each in a weak Mumbai market.
