CD case: Bhushan opposes closure report

In a complaint filed at the IP Estate police station on April 14,Bhushan denied talking to both politicians.

Former law minister Shanti Bhushan on Thursday appealed before a court against the closure report filed by the Delhi Police on a case involving a CD that purportedly contains his conversations with SP chief Mulayam Singh and Amar Singh.

The police had registered a case against unnamed persons for forging the CD after Bhushan had complained against it,but had recommended the closure of the case as there was not enough evidence to prove the tampering.
