CBI files report on missing Babri files

The CBI on Monday filed the interim progress report on the 23 missing files related to the Ram Janambhoomi-Babri mosque land dispute case before the Lucknow bench of the Allahabad High court. Additional Solicitor General Ashok Nigam filed the report before the special bench comprising Justices S R Alam,Sudhir Agarwal and D V Sharma. The CBI has also informed the court that they have sought answer of some queries from the state Home department officials.
