A sweet meeting

What happens when leaders of two parties as diverse as the CPM and BJP meet? West Bengal Finance Minister and CPM leader Asim Dasgupta recently met former Union commerce minister and BJP leader Arun Jaitley to discuss the goods and services tax. After the two finished discussing matters related to business and economy,Jaitley offered his guest some refreshments. When Dasgupta told him that he was diabetic,Jaitley,who also suffers from diabetes,offered some sugar-free sandesh,which the CPM leader relished and promised to come back for more.
