The scratching of the Australia-Zimbabwe series adds a new twist to the Warne-Murali race for the all-time highest wicket-taker in Tests. Murali8217;s easy pickings 8212; 14 wickets from two Test 8212; against the second-string Zimbabwe saw him broke Walsh8217;s record of 519 wickets and took his tally to 527. This gave him a healthy lead over Warne, who is still on 517. The Aussie leggie too would have hoped to catch up with the Lanka offie but for the cancellation.
