These are scary days for investors. Dalal Street is likely to remain volatile as investors await more clues on foreign fund inflows, corporate results and the forthcoming Budget.

The market was volatile last week amid the alternate bouts of selling and buying. The Sensex still ended with a small gain of 9.41 points at 6,183.23. 8220;The intra-day ups and downs will continue,8221; said a senior broker. Even as slowing FII inflows and high oil prices weighed, the trend in the results has been encouraging. While the tech, cement, steel and power results have been encouraging, those in automobile have been disappointing.
