Photo exhibition
Members of the Indian Society for Continuing Education have organised a photo exhibition on various facets of the life of noted social worker and leader Bhalchandra Trivedi. The show will remain open between 10 am and 7 pm at Gayatri Chambers, near Railway Station, till September 26, a society press note said, adding that the exhibition was held to pay homage to the leader on his sixth death anniversary.

Garba contest
A garba competition will be organised by the Vidhya Mandir Vidhyalaya on Saturday at the school premises at 9 am. Students from the kindergarten level to the secondary section will participate in the function.

Conference
The 31st two-day annual conference of the Gujarat State Branch of Indian Society of Anaesthetists will be held from Saturday at the Medical College. A continuing medical education programme would be held on Saturday, followed by sessions on various critical aspects of state-of-art techniques.
