Retired judge completes MSU panel
Retired district court judge S V Monge has been appointed as the third member of the committee probing charges of sexual harassment case against a M S University reader. The other two members of the committee are Senate members Jayshree Mehta and Tejal Amin. Meanwhile, despite several representations made by the University Women8217;s Forum and the reported victim to change her guide so she can continue with her research, the university administration is yet to take action.

Human rights
A two-day workshop on Human Rights and Legal Education,8217; organised jointly by the Faculty of Social Work, M S University and the Centre for Social Justice, Ahmedabad will begin from Friday.

Price lowered
The price of admission forms to various courses of the M S University, which had been raised to Rs 10, was lowered to Rs 5 on Thursday following student opposition.

Tournament
An All-Gujarat open day-and-night cricket tournament has been organised at the Polo Ground from Friday. Organised by NSUI city president Prashant Patel and the Hindu Gymkhana, its winners will receive the Integrity Cup 8217;99.

Poster contest
The International Society of Naturalists has organised a poster competition for school drawing teachers on One Earth One Home8217; to mark Earth Day. Posters size 20215;30 inches in any medium should be delivered at Oza Building, Salatwada, Vadodara by May 1. Awards will be given away on June 5.
