Second batch of adult ed course begins
The second batch of the part-time long-term course of the Centre for Continuing Adult Education of the M S University will begin on Monday. Interested applicants should contact the director8217;s office at the centre for further details between 11 am and 5.30 pm on working days.

Talk at MSU
A talk on Are Adolescents Moody?8217; will be delivered by Reed Larson of the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign on Monday under the UGC/DSA programme. The talk will be held at the Human Development and Family Studies department of the Faculty of Home Science of the M S University.

Medical camp
A free medical camp will be organised by the Vikas Jyot Trust for street-children from Monday at six places, including the railway station, the polytechnic area, Bawaanchaal and Nyay Mandir. Some 350 children are expected to avail of the facilities.

Open house
An two-day open house will be organised at the Faculty of Home Science under the aegis of the Cultural Diversity Initiative Programme. Uliyar Mani will be the convener of the house, while it will be inaugurated by M S University Vice-Chancellor Anil Kane.

Series of lectures
A special series of lectures on the principles and tenets of Swaminarayan Cult has been organised at the Baroda Sanskrit Mahavidyalay from February 29. Minister of state for education Anandiben Patel will be present at the valedictory session. A conference of Acharayas of various Sanskrit institutes has also been organised during the session.
