VADODARA, April 21: Even as managers of two pool parlours in the city have responded to the notices sent by the entertainment tax wing of the district collectorate, the agency has announced that it will send notices to four others 8220;as a last opportunity8221; in a day or two.
According to an official spokesman, Arun Rayani of Pool Station, Ellora Park, and Nikhil Amin of Chalks and Cues, Alkapuri who responded to the collectorate, said they have applied for all the required permissions including that from the police.
The spokesman said the other four parlours, namely, Fun Spot and Dolfield, both of Alkapuri area, Pool Game, Jetalpur, and Planet 2000, Sayajigunj, would be asked whether they had permission of Gujarat Electricity Board, Vadodara Municipal Corporation and the Commissioner of Police. 8220;This would be their last opportunity to present their replies or else they face closure by the collectorate8221;, the spokesman said.
