The road ahead

So utterly disappointing is the progress on the national highways upgradation and the Golden Quadrilateral project that even officials from the Ministry of Shipping, Road Transport 038; Highways have given up on them. The GQ portion still pending is a particular area of concern. A Congress MP was found despairing about the prospect of a BJP Government returning to Centre to finish the GQ and announcing to the world how they started the scheme and also completed it.
