Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje can take solace from the fact that while the knives are out for her in the BJP, because of the Gurjjar-Meena violence in her state, at the headquarters of the rival Congress, the blame is being squarely put on HRD Minister Arjun Singh. A senior Congress leader revealed the sentiment of a large section of the party leadership, saying Singh should be held responsible for the quota wars in the country.
