Vadodara: The Western Railway Promotee Officers8217; Association, Vadodara Division, has organised a seminar on Ways to Achieve Excellence in Railway Systems8217; on March 15 at the Railways conference hall at Pratapnagar at 10.30 am.

Singing contest
Popular television show TVS Sa Re Ga Na will hold its Best Singer of India8217; contest in Vadodara in April in memory of late film producer and music kingpin Gulshan Kumar. Finalists will be selected only after their musical talents have been tested in the first audition round. The final round will comprise four rounds of filmi and non-filmi songs including the Taal8217; round, Raaga8217; round, Duet round and Lip Synch round. Entry forms for the competition can be acquired from the Cultural Group of India, C/o Sadguru Agency, near Gujarat Lodge, Pratap Road, Raopura.
