Srinath, Azhar skip nets

SHARJAH, December 15: India took their customary nets here this afternoon but there was little hope in their hearts about qualifying in to the final of the four-nation Akai-Singer Champions Trophy cricket tournament.

Three players did not take to nets today. Javagal Srinath was unwell and was advised rest. Saurav Ganguly hurt his toe during the match against Pakistan and he too was rested. Mohammad Azharuddin also took a break from the nets.
