Sibal lost in own constituency

The smartest of ministers sometimes lose their way. It happened with Science and Technology Minister Kapil Sibal on Gandhi Jayanti, when he could not make it on time for a function in Chandni Chowk. Sibal was the chief guest at the function where Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit was to launch 8216;solekshaw8217;, a solar-electric rickshaw for eco-friendly urban transport, developed by CSIR. Dikshit, who had kept just a 20-25 minute window for the programme, had to do the honours in Sibal8217;s absence. Sibal arrived just when Dikshit was making an exit. It later emerged that Sibal was not properly briefed about the venue and lost his way in his own parliamentary constituency.
