Ashok Sharma, convenor, sports committee of DDCA, while admitting that the association withdrew Winsom Club8217;s prize money and the runners-up trophy in the DDCA Super League Championships for its refusal to resume play against Sonnet which was ultimately awarded the match, said the club was not scratched. In a statement, he said Winsom participated in DDCA League and Hot Weather tournament as well. The dispute over extending the hours of play and playing certain number of overs had come up during the final game to decide the No.1 and No.2 teams in the super league.
