Satyam Seelam and Vijaylakshmi both of Moti Bagh were declared best athletes in senior boys and senior girls sections, respectively, at the end of the two-day inter-DTEA annual athletic meet at Tyagraj Stadium. Palaniswamy Moti Bagh and Nirmala Devi RK Puram received the best awards in junior section while Nikhil Pusa Road and Kalpana Chodhary RK Puram were the best in sub-junior category. Moti Bagh and R K Puram received the team championships awards for boys and girls, respectively.

Salwan dominate
Salwan School won the overall champiosnhips title, both among boys and girls, in the second G L Salwan memorial prize money marathon held at the school grounds on Sunday. Harbhajan Singh Sarvodaya Brijawashan School and Anushila SS Khalsa, Daryaganj won the first prizes among boys and girls, respectively.
