
PUNE, Oct 30: The Bombay High Court has restrained the Pune Municipal Corporation from demolishing the stalls at Shaniwarwada till November 10, pending admission.
Civil Judge, Junior Division, PMC court had granted status quo till October 27 on a suit filed by the Shaniwarwada Stall Owners8217; Forum. However, when notices were pasted on 58 stalls on October 17 by the PMC threatening demolition after 15 days, the forum filed a petition in the High Court against it.
Justice Dr P D Upasni in his order on October 28 stayed the notice of demolition till November 10, pending admission.
