Hotmail co-founder Sabeer Bhatia on Monday introduced a new toolbar, pegging it as an instrument in the process of democratising the information superway.

8216;8216;Blogging has evolved as a very important tool in dissemination of information and opinions throughout the world. Blogeverywhere.com will enhance users8217; online experience with a multi-purpose, browser-based toolbar,8217;8217; said Bhatia.

Once downloaded, the toolbar will allow users to write their opinions directly on the web page being browsed. Users of the blogbar can also search for and read other peoples8217; comments on any topic on Blogeverywhere.

Users will also be able to search the web using search engines of their choice.

On the tenth anniversary of Hotmail, the company also announced an innovative product for the users of its e-mail service.
